Our most versatile all-purpose harness, the Black Diamond Momentum 4S harness features maximum adjustability and range of fit. Two Speed buckles on the waistbelt and one on each leg loop allow for an incredible range of fit for multi-season and multi-climber use, while the tall, bullhorn-shaped waistbelt improves comfort during long belays.

I enjoy having the large degree of adjustability. I can loan it to any of my friends with varying body types and all of them can use it just as well. It is plenty comfortable for sport climbing and would be fine for trad as long as you won’t need to hang for a super long time. I found I could sit in it for about 15-20 minutes before I had any issu
