    BD Pulley: Light, small-ish, and functional

    Purchased this for crevasse rescue systems for mountaineering in the PNW. It is small and light enough to not bother my in my pack or on my harness, and is easy to use in setup of a rescue system.

    the pulley has a 17kn load weight which is great and fine for pretty well every rescue you will need it for but it would be nice if it was rated for 20kn because that’s the necessary rating for official rope rescue teams and it would be nice to have one rated to that but again 17kn will be fine for almost everyone
